Momar NGUER, President, Marketing & Services and member of the Group Executive Committee visited Total Uganda one day after the group CEO and Chairman, Patrick POUYANNE.

On the morning of Monday 29th April 2019 the group CEO, Mr. Patrick POUYANNÉ accompanied by VP of Total E&P Africa, Mr. Guy MAURICE, visited Uganda. The intent of the visit was to meet the Ugandan President, but first the duo spent time meeting staff of both Total E&P and MS Uganda.

On 26th April 2019, Total staff for both Marketing & Services and Exploration & Production streams and contractors gathered at Sheraton Hotel Kampala to commemorate the World Day for Safety.

Input was also sought from civil society, the private sector, legal fraternity and lead agencies. Total and its partners Tullow and CNOOC are committed to being models of excellence whose mission is to operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner for current and future generations.
