Prior to relocation, our project teams work in close consultation with Primary Residents to identify resettlement sites & encourage them to choose preferred locations.
We are already engaging to preserve 10,000ha of primary forest & restore 1,000ha forest, with our annual campaign of “Grow A Tree Everywhere.”
On the occasion of the preparation of the UN's Plan for Biodiversity, TotalEnergies reasserts its commitments to protect biodiversity.
TEPU is conscious of its responsibility to support the economic upliftment of the Tilenga Project host community & most especially the project affected persons.
