National content development is integral to the success of TotalEnergies EP Uganda operations and the Tilenga Project.

 

We are committed to creating and maximising retention of shared value in Uganda and are working collaboratively with our key stakeholders, partners and contractors to achieve this ambition as enshrined in the Tilenga National Content Programme.

Our National Content Strategy

We are implementing our National Content Strategy through an integrated approach to national content development; throughout the Project life cycle. Our approach shall capitalize on the development phase to build the local competences and capacities to work on the upcoming operation’s needs, driving the growth of the Ugandan oil and gas industry and general economy further down the road.
