TOTAL receives Amalgamation Certificate from government since acquiring GAPCO in 2017

Whilst the GAPCO acquisition was done in 2017, the merger of the two entities was finalized on 1st July 2020 upon the Government of Uganda's issuance of a Certificate of Amalgamation.
