What do I do if my TotalEnergies card is blocked?

Blocked because of a wrong PIN

  1. The B2C card can be unblocked at the Total Energies Service station if the user has the correct PIN with the help of the Station Manager.#
  2. For a B2B Card, unblocking is done at Head Office with the physical card.

Invalid/Expired/E-purse locked card/Card must be checked.

  1. The card should be returned to TotalEnergies Head Office – Card Centre for checking and revalidation.
