How do I top up my TotalEnergies card?

B2C card should be topped up at a Total Energies Service station, this requires a physical card.

B2B Prepaid card

A B2B card can be topped up at a TotalEnergies Service station if the card user has cash

The client can make payment in the bank and load cards via My Total Extranet portal. On loading cards using the portal, a proof of payment must be attached.

The client can also send their proof of payment along with the card top up request to [email protected]

B2B Postpaid card

A B2B postpaid card is topped up at TotalEnergies Back Office on submission of a formal request from an authorized signatory.
